Whenever I do web stuff, I use Coda. If you're on a Mac, I highly recommend it—one-window web development with a stunning user interface design makes coding seamless.
Re-Work
Re-work is a book written by the co-creators of 37signals. They take conventional business, screw it up into a ball, set it on fire and then throw it into a spike pit. Worth reading.
Upstream Anglers
I had an amazing experience with these guys when I toured Yellowstone national park in America. I highly recommend them if you ever plan on trekking over there.

When I'm not working here, I'm working for these guys. An extremely talented eCommerce web design outfit from Sydney. They give up a percentage of their website profits to help save gorillas, too.
